BACKGROUND

T.E.S.T. Team, Inc. is a  safety and regulatory firm in business since 1988, providing and assisting companies with a
 full range of services in areas of DOT, OSHA, EPA, Coast Guard, NIOSH and MSHA.

Richard Anderson, owner and founder of T.E.S.T. Team worked for Chevron Oil for over 23 years before taking early retirement. Richard
started in the stations and soon moved into the shop for transportation and at the age of 19 became the youngest driver to drive for Chevron. 
After many years as a driver and assistant dispatcher he was promoted to Concord, CA. assisting in the start up of the nation wide central
dispatch system. In 1979 was promoted to manager Carpinteria, CA. marine terminal for petroleum products. In 1983 was transfered to Point
Wells, WA as an administrative assistant in charge of stock accounting, benefits, safety, budget and employee developement. 1986 was asked
to be coprorate driver safety specialist for the company where he was able to reduce accidents, mixes and spills along with industrial injuries
to 0 incidents in all 6 states that he was in charge of.

It was at this time many companies asked Richard to do the same for them as he was doing for Chevron. So in 1988 he left Chevron and started
T.E.S.T. Team.

Today companies rely on T.E.S.T. Team for a number of projects and safety issues, as they have found out that Richard has "walked in their shoes"
and therefore shares an understanding of the complex issues they are faced with. From writting manuals, developing their driver safety programs to on-site training in the many regulations required by  the various agencies and conducting safety meetings
and audits.

At  T.E.S.T. Team we offer one day to multi year projects. No job is too large or too small for us to
handle.
